| Do I need travel insurance? | Accidents can happen to anyone, and medical costs overseas can reach hundreds of thousands of dollars. You should make sure your travel insurance covers all medical expenses for injury or illness, as well as theft of valuables, damage to baggage and cancellations or interruptions to flight plans |
| Do I need a passport/visa? | All passengers need a valid passport for international travel, with at least six months remaining on the passport. Requirements for travel visas vary widely depending on your nationality and your destination. We are more than happy to assist you with your applications. Visas are an additional cost. |
| When should I make my bookings? | As soon as you are certain which dates you plan to travel, we would advise you to make your reservation. During traditionally busy periods (Christmas, Easter, Summer), we would book as early as possible. |
| Do I have to pay in full straight away? | Some offers require payment to be made at the time of booking, and some offers could be paid a few days after the reservation is done. Alternatively, some offers can be deposited and paid over a long period of time. Travel Tip - Pay early. We issue the ticket early and you avoid possible fare increases. |
