Years of travelling and working in the industry makes the best travel agent....and we genuinely like people! I have owned my own business since 1997 and have a large client base of wonderful people who also recommend us to their friends. I do not advertise extensively as I have had no need to do so. I am very proud of my business and the way in which it is run by myself and my sister, Sally. We care about our clients and take pride in our responsibilty to provide safe and memorable holidays. We are also mindful of our clients budget and personal needs and do all possible to accommodate any request. Whilst I have always been a "traveller", rather than a tourist, I think it has given me an excellent base to be able to have firsthand knowledge of the many countries that I have been priviledged enough to visit. There is a difference between a tourist and a traveller. Many agents have only travelled with an "educational group" and only stayed in 5 star accommodation. I have lived and worked in the UK, Israel and South Africa. This knowledge is an esential tool to recommend travel itineraries for all travel standards, i.e. budget backpacking to 5 star luxury.
